As part of my role as an Official Apartment Guide Organizing Blogger, I was challenged to take a tip from the Apartment Guide Blog and put it to use in our home. Fun, right?

There are so many great tips to choose from — on organizing, decor, entertaining and more, and I had fun scrolling through the ideas to pick one for our home. Here were some of my finalists:

In the end, I decided to stick with something super simple that I’ve been thinking about doing for my future office/craft room (the same project I’ve been talking about for more than a year; I’m hoping to actually get it done in the next few months!): framed greeting cards.

I had picked up this adorable set of greeting cards — four trees, each representing a different season — from Etsy last year, and I think they’re perfect lined up on a shelf!

The greeting cards were MUCH cheaper than the versions of these drawings that were made to be framed, but the size was perfect for the frames we had. You can’t beat that!

If you’re looking for other ways to make the most of your space on a budget, you’ll also find other frugal decor ideas in the same post, or follow Apartment Guide on your favorite social media network (click the icons below) for even more tips:
