Is one of your goals for 2011 to get more organized and eliminate paper clutter? If so, today’s giveaway is for you!

AboutOne has been designed to eliminate piles of paper, multiple documents, spreadsheets, and files on various devices, and the frustration of not being able to find information when you need it. It addresses the fact that people do not want to spend time on record-keeping, yet they want to preserve memories and they MUST have access to household information.

More than a digital filing cabinet, AboutOne does the thinking for you by automatically combining all your entries to save you time on everyday family admin activities like creating family newsletters, scrapbooks, hardcover photo albums, and creating and mailing holiday cards, or completing school forms, college applications, caregiver instructions, and tax returns.

You can enter information from any computer, by emailing from your cellphone, or by scanning directly into the system. You only enter as much information as you need. There is no need to enter historical information unless you want to. The emphasis is on quick entry and intelligent use of information because no one wants to spend time on data entry.

Wow let’s see, as a newly diagnosised adult with adhd a husband,3 kiddos with autism and a home business I would used this to run my entire life. I am trying so hard to learn when i start something to follow through and finish it and to make sure all important documents for the kids make it to their files and into the correct labeled sections. It would be great to have reminders when bills are due and absolutely amazing to have the business in order month by month and not worry about it all at the end of the like I am doing this year. I might also finally start getting our thousands of photos organized and in some kind of order to where i can enjoy them with our family and others. Thanks so much for this giveaway!!!

My husband works a night shift an hour away from our house. So, its me and my kids during the week. Since my kids are 3 and 4, I have turned into a paper shuffler. I have never been able to tame my paper tiger…nor am I a good organizer (setting up files, having important information in one place, etc.) I would use an AboutOne membership to conquer this problem, once and for all!

I have been trying to do this kind of thing on our home computer for a while, but it is not very convenient and I’ve run into too many hurdles. Plus, there’s the constant worry the hd will crash and everything will be lost before I get a chance to back it up. I’m a SAHM of 3 boys (10, 4, 1) trying to get my home business up & running. Hubby lost his job in Nov. and trying to organize job hunt. We’re on committees at our church and trying to keep those projects going & organized. Struggling with PPD and completely buried in paper, pictures, forms, appointments, and lots more! Oh please! I think this would be a life saver for us, literally. Even if you don’t pick me to win, I’m elated that you introduced this & I found it! oh Yeay!

It’s worth a shot! I’m constantly looking for new ways to be organized and in the last year or so I can honestly say I’ve made some headway but there is still a lot of room for improvement! AboutOne looks like a very useful tool and I’d love to try it out for a year!

Thanks so much for your comment! Yes it’s going to continue I’m just wrapping up our first bootcamp (which was a lot of work … but it’s turned out to be a fantastic course!) So once that’s done I’ll be back to writing more there on a more regular basis.
