School Information Form for Your Home Management Notebook

I love getting suggestions for new printables from readers because you all have so many great ideas that I never would have though of on my own! Recently, Kristina (who also suggested this home maintenance log) emailed me to ask if I would put together a school information form to go with the other forms in the home management notebook. She had some great ideas about what should be included, and I ran my drafts past a few other bloggers as well to get their input (since my girls are homeschooled and I haven’t been in school in a while!), and here’s what we came up with.

Print one of these forms for each of your children to keep track of contact information, schedules and more. Like all of our printables, you can fill this out on your computer before printing.

Click here download or print the free school information form.

Or get all of the Life Your Way printables in a single download when you buy the complete download pack for just $7! The complete set includes all printables published to date, organized by folder within a single download. It also includes free monthly email updates with any new or updated printables in a single download as well. Read more about download packs here.

Oh, please don’t grow your food in anything that will leach chemicals into the soil and be absorbed into your food! Be careful what you recycle. No pressure treated wood and no tire gardens!

I know about the pressure-treated wood but didn’t even think about the
      tires; thanks for chiming in!
